You may browse the website or download the mobile application without registering – it’s fine to just look around.
The primary purpose of nomystery is to collect customer reviews about restaurants, cafes, bistros etc.
As a customer, you may want to review your experiences on the nomystery.co.uk website or via the mobile application.
Registration
To review your experiences you must first register on the nomystery.co.uk website or via the mobile application. There is no charge to register; you only need to be a UK resident aged 18 years or over. The details that you provide to register will be used to manage your secure access to the website and/or mobile application.
Reviews
To review an experience you must complete and submit an online ‘questionnaire’. You may only make one review for each visit to any of the listed businesses. You may be asked for proof of your visit to support your review. You may retain a receipt as proof of a visit, or in case of no purchase or if you weren’t the bill payer, please obtain a proof of visit. A valid proof of visit may be a nomystery promotion card, endorsed by the business. No purchase is necessary.
Prize Draw
All eligible reviews will be entered into a regular prize draw. A random draw to select a winner will take place from all of the reviews submitted in that region and in that draw period. All participating businesses contribute towards the prize fund, which can vary from time to time depending on participation. In special cases a draw may not take place every month eg during launching nomystery in a new region. Automated reviews, bulk reviews and reviews made by a third-party will be considered ineligible. Likewise, reviews made by a registered user who is not a UK resident, not over the age of 18 years, or where proof of a visit cannot be produced to support a review, will also be considered ineligible. A winning reviewer may be required to provide proof of eligibility before receiving any prize. Any decision by nomystery regarding prizes, draws, eligibility or winners will be final. Nomystery accept no responsibility for any taxes that should be paid on monetary prizes.
Your Details
The details that you provide to register will be held securely by nomystery on a data server in the UK. Your email address and password will never be shared with anyone outside of nomystery. If you complete a review, your review responses may be passed anonymously to any of the participating businesses or quoted in whole or part on the nomystery.co.uk website or mobile application. If you win one of the monthly prizes, only your name and prize amount may be announced on the nomystery.co.uk website, mobile application, on Facebook or on Twitter, and may be used for advertising purposes by nomystery or any of the participating businesses. You should keep your password secure and change it if you suspect that it has become known to anyone.
